 It is located at New Industrial Area, Doha  with 2,700 square feet facility that operates as a production facility.  


Elite Food Industry aims to produce locally made pasta and continuously maximize and expand its operation without compromising the cost, quality, and timely delivery. We commit to providing the highest standards from the ingredients, operations, supply chain, and consumers’ safety. 

STAGES OF PASTA PRODUCTION

STAGE 1: MIXING

Adding and mixing all raw materials to produce dough. 

STAGE 2: EXTRUSION

It pushes the pasta dough through a die for creating long and short pasta shapes. It controls the rate of production, and influences the overall quality of the finished product. 

STAGE 3: FORMING

Determines the shape and size of pasta to be produced. 

STAGE 4: DRYING

The most difficult and critical step to control in the pasta production process. The objective of drying is to lower the moisture content of the pasta so that the finished product will be hard, retain its shape, and store without spoiling. 

STAGE 5: PACKAGING

It keeps the product free from contamination, protects the pasta from damage during shipment and storage, and displays the product favorably.
